Terms of Service
Effective July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Punchspire web and mobile applications (the “Service”). Punchspire is a workforce scheduling, timeclock, communication, and labor-management platform provided to employers for managing staffing at their facilities. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Employer-provisioned accounts
Punchspire accounts are created and administered by your employer. Your employer determines your role, facility access, and the workforce records associated with your account. Your right to use the Service exists through your relationship with your employer, and your employer may enable, disable, or remove your access.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate workforce purposes authorized by your employer.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, facilities, or employees outside your assigned scope.
- Do not misuse messaging or notifications, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share your account.
Your content
Schedules, timeclock entries, requests, messages, and other records you create in the Service are workforce records controlled by your employer. See the Privacy Policy for how this information is processed and protected.
Availability and changes
The Service may be updated, interrupted for maintenance, or changed over time. We may modify these terms; if the terms change materially, the effective date above will be updated and notice will be provided through the application. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Punchspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Decisions about staffing, scheduling, pay, and employment are made by your employer, not by Punchspire.
Termination
Your access ends when your employer removes it or when you delete your account. See Account Deletion. Records your employer must lawfully retain may be kept in accordance with those obligations.
