Punchspire Community Guidelines

Punchspire is a closed workplace scheduling and communication tool for healthcare facility staff and administrators. Messaging in Punchspire is workplace communication between coworkers at the same organization — there is no public feed and no anonymous public posting. These guidelines explain what is and isn't acceptable, and what happens when something is reported.

What Punchspire messaging is for

  • Coordinating schedules, shifts, and coverage with your team.
  • Workplace questions and updates between coworkers and managers.
  • Notifications about open shifts, schedule changes, and requests.

What is not allowed

  • Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or unsafe content.
  • Sharing resident or patient health information, or other confidential information, in channels or messages where it doesn't belong.
  • Impersonating coworkers or misrepresenting your role.
  • Spam or content unrelated to the workplace.

Reporting and enforcement

  • Report. Press and hold any message in the app to report it. Reports go to your organization's moderators for review.
  • Block. You can block another user from a conversation; blocking stops messages between you in both directions.
  • Filtering. Punchspire applies server-side filtering of objectionable content in messages.
  • Review. Facility administrators — and Punchspire support where needed — may review reported content. Violations can result in restricted messaging or account access, and escalation to your facility's administrators.

Questions or concerns

If you see something that concerns you, report it in the app or contact support@punchspire.com. For account or scheduling questions, your facility administrator or scheduler is the fastest route.
